Quarter 1 Midterm
Today marks the halfway point for the 1st Quarter. Gesu does not send paper copies of Interim (Midterm) Reports home. K-3 grades are standards-based and currently not stored in Digital Academy. Families of students in grades 4-8 please login to Digital Academy to check your child’s grades.

Conference Sign Ups
Be on the look out in the next few weeks for information regarding Parent-Teacher Conference sign ups. Parent-Teacher Conferences this year will be on Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 29.

Thursday, October 15 is the date for students in K-8.
Tuesday & Wednesday, October 20 & 21 are the dates for Preschool Students.
New this year-in an effort save paper, we will NOT be sending paper flyers home with students. All pictures will be ordered online. Please use the link below or the flyers attached to do this.

Early Childhood Education Night
Gesu Catholic School will be hosting an Early Childhood Education Night, on Tuesday, October 20th, from 7-8 pm. This event will provide you an opportunity to meet our programs faculty, view the classrooms and receive an overview of our entire early childhood programs, from our 2 year old TOPS (Time Out For Parents), 3 year, 4 year and PreK programs, through to Kindergarten.
Please note that this event is intended for adults only.

PTO Read-A-Thon Was a SUCCESS!
Thank you to all the families who have supported the PTO Read-A-Thon Fall Fundraiser. Your generosity and enthusiasm reached our school-wide goal! Winners of the incentives will be shared soon!
Read-A-Thon Grandparent Event
Any grandparent who donated $250 during the fundraiser will be invited to the special Grandparent Event held on Friday, November 6 following the All School Mass. If your family has grandparents who are eligible for this incentive, please fill out the document listed below. This list will be cross referenced with Pledge Star to ensure that all grandparents who participated in this incentive receive the invite to this event.

Join us in McAuley Hall on Sunday, October 4 from 12:30 PM-1:30 PM for a Halloween costume swap! Bring costumes you would like to donate or come browse for a costume. Everyone is welcome and you don't need to donate to attend.
Can't make it but have costumes to donate? Please leave them in the used uniform drawer in the Church Narthex-this will serve as a temporary costume drop-off spot.

Beaumont
Beaumont warmly welcomes our future Blue Streaks in Gesu's 8th grade class to shadow on October 23, 28, 29, or 30! Sign up today by completing an inquiry form here and then selecting "Register for a Shadow Day" on your Blackbaud Checklist.
Your daughter will start her day with a drink from our student-run Angie's Café, then explore campus on a personal tour, join a class selected just for her, attend a Q-and-A, and enjoy Chef Bo’s famous lunch with fellow Shadows and Ambassadors. Traditional Shadow Days run from 8:30 AM-12:15 PM, but if your daughter would like to stay for a longer day, we'd love to have her! Please contact the Admissions team at 216-325-1661 or admissions@beaumontschool.org.

Due to our small class sizes, block schedules and Shadow Experience model — where students attend real classes to experience the unique atmosphere of our classrooms — we have a limited number of spots available each day.
