Tuition

Families should have received a letter for each child enrolled for the 26-27 school year, estimating tuition responsibility. In August, via Digital Academy, families will see all posted applicable scholarships (state, diocese, parish) to their account.  Tuition payment plans will then be available to set up.  The plan allows a family to pay in full by September 30 or set up 8 monthly payments (September - April) on the 5th or the 25th of the month.

Please contact Mrs. Kazel (rkazel@gesu.com) with any questions.

State Scholarships

Please remember to be timely when turning in any necessary state scholarship paperwork, as we continue to work to process these in a timely manner.

Please contact edchoice@gesu.com with any questions.

AVI Lunch Program

The cost of a full student meal will be $7.25.  A full meal includes an entree, side, fruit, and milk or water.  Meals must be purchased as a whole and not broken up by entree, side, etc.  A la carte items such as milk, water, chips, yogurt, and ice cream will be available for purchase. We appreciate your understanding as we have worked to balance the price of a student meal with rising food costs and employee pay.

Beginning of the Year Forms & Technology Fee

The beginning of the year forms will be open in Digital Academy on August 3, 2026, and will be due by August 24, 2026. The K-8 Technology Fee of $225 is due when you complete these forms.

Uniform Reminders

  • Shoes: Athletic shoes in the colors of white, black, navy blue or any combination of the three are the only shoe colors allowed and may be worn all year.

  • PE Shorts/Pants: Shorts and pants may only be purchased from Schoolbelles (Athletic Wear) or from the Gesu Used Uniform Sale.  All other shorts/pants, even those purchased through the Spirit Shop FUZION, are not approved.

  • Now is a great time to try on old uniforms to see if they still fit!

Class Lists

We expect class lists to be available in Digital Academy to families in mid-August, prior to Orientation Day.  Gesu Catholic School is truly blessed with a dedicated and caring faculty.  Because of the many factors involved in creating class lists, we are not able to accept teacher or classroom requests.  Thank you for trusting the process as we work to create well-balanced classrooms that support all our students.

Construction

Interior renovations include:

  • Four bathrooms are being remodeled

  • The school boiler is being replaced

  • A wall is being built in room K010 to make room for a full-day Pre K classroom

  • A variety of classroom and office moves are taking place

Exterior renovations include:

  • Replacing a variety of roofing on the school

  • A heavy-duty makeover to the frontage of the school property

We are so very grateful to the many wonderful donors to our Capital Campaign, as well as the continual donations made to our endowment.  Thank you to the entire Gesu community for their generosity.

Gesu Catholic School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The Gesu Catholic School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is dedicated to building a strong partnership between families, faculty, and staff. Serving as a liaison between parents and the school community, the PTO supports open communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to providing the best possible experience for our students.

The primary purpose of the PTO is to support our teachers and students through volunteer efforts, fundraising, community-building events, and initiatives that enhance the educational experience at Gesu. Through the generosity and involvement of our families, the PTO helps provide funding and resources for field trips, teacher appreciation, classroom enhancements, after-school clubs and programs, and other opportunities that directly benefit our students and faculty.

The PTO also works to strengthen our school community by planning social events and creating opportunities for families to connect, celebrate, and grow together.

While the PTO is an important partner in supporting the mission of Gesu Catholic School, it does not have authority over administrative decisions, school policies, or academic matters. The PTO’s role is to provide support, encourage communication, assist with fundraising efforts, and help foster a vibrant and connected school community.

We are grateful for the continued involvement of our Gesu families and look forward to working together to support our students, teachers, and school community.

Thank you  Lindy O'Keefe and Lindsay Malone, our school year 2025-2026 PTO Presidents, and the entire PTO Board for all their hard work this past school year!  Thank you to Jenny Beesley and Paul Clapp for accepting the role of PTO Presidents for the coming school year!  If you have any questions regarding PTO, please reach out to Jenny jwoote2@gmail.com  or Paul  Clapp paulclapp@gmail.com
