Dear Gesu Families,

Parent-teacher conferences are one of the most important ways in which the faculty of Gesu School communicates with parents.  We value this opportunity to discuss your child's progress and development.  K-8 conferences will take place on Wednesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 29.  Grades K-3 conferences are required and will take place with your child's homeroom teacher. Grades 4-8 are optional and will be in a team setting by grade level. Please click on Parents of Students in Grades 4-8 for more information regarding conferences in these grade levels

The sign up schedule for conferences is now open in Digital Academy for all families K-8. You can also click on the links below.

Construction Update

Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, October 8, the front parking spaces and the front entrance will be open for use. Looking ahead, we may have to close those spots in a few weeks to finish up a few pieces of construction.

Gesu Catholic School complies with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). AHERA is a Federal law that requires all schools to inspect their buildings for asbestos-containing materials and to develop Management Plans for those materials found. Should you wish to review our plans, please contact the school office.

Gilmour Academy

This year, Gilmour Academy is blocking off October 23rd, 28th and 29th as a day for Gesu students to shadow. Due to our small class sizes, block schedules and Shadow Experience model — where students attend real classes to experience the unique atmosphere of our classrooms — we have a limited number of spots available each day. To shadow, please complete an inquiry here and sign up for your shadow day here. For any questions, please contact Mary Stretar (Stretarm@gilmour.org) or Jeanne Tippen (Tippenj@gilmour.org) via email or phone (440) 473-8050.
